What’s in a share?

Our CSA focuses on providing members with a diverse array of high quality vegetables throughout the growing season. We focus on flavor, freshness, colors and quality, growing over 40 different types of vegetables. We grow all the staples necessary for preparing any meal as well as many specialty crops popular amongst market shoppers. It is our intention that the CSA serves as a one stop shop for members’ produce needs. This year we will be offering a limited number of Traditional Box shares, where you get a weekly box filled with what’s currently in season for 20 weeks. The Traditional Box Share is great for small families, individuals and couples who cook the majority of their meals during the week. Typically, the box contains 6-8 different vegetables. We are also excited to offer a Market Share where you receive a pre-paid farm card with a credit amount of your choosing that allows you to shop with us on Friday’s at the East Asheville Market, Saturdays at Asheville City Market, our Farm Stand or place orders through our online Farm Store for pick up at the farm on Wednesdays & Fridays from 4-6. Your balance will be automatically tracked throughout the season. You can add more credit at any time throughout the season. The advantages to the Market Share are you are free to choose your weekly items, you won’t miss a share if you’re out of town, and your credit is good for the entire growing season opposed to just 20 weeks. 

Share Options:

We offer two CSA options:

  • Market Share CSA – $315 credit.

  • Traditional Box CSA – $660-(20 weeks; mid-May to October) Deadline to sign up April 15th.

  • With the Traditional CSA you may opt to pay half as a deposit at sign up and the remaining balance by May 15th.

  • *There is a surcharge when purchased online. You can purchase your share via check or cash by sending us a message.

Pick up Options:

We offer four CSA pick up options:

  • On the farm on Wednesdays from 4:00-7:00pm.

    • 172 Old Macedonia Road, Asheville, NC 28804

    • Just 15 min. from DT AVL.

  • TBD North Asheville location on Wednesdays from 4:00-7:00pm

  • East Asheville Market on Fridays from 3:00-6:00pm
  • Asheville City Market on Saturdays from 9:00am-12:00pm
